Booking 90 days or more in advance
- A 25% deposit is required on booking Inala accommodation. You may opt to make full payment if you are booking close to the 90-day full payment requirement as stated below.
- Cancellation any time after the deposit is paid incurs loss of the full deposit.
- Full payment is required no later than 90 days prior to your arrival. If full payment has not been received by this date and we have not heard from you, Inala reserves the right to rebook the accommodation.
- Cancellations between 90 days and 46 days prior to your scheduled arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation cost.
- Cancellations 46 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation cost (i.e. no refund).
Booking 90 days or less before your scheduled arrival
- Full payment is required when you make a booking.
- Cancellations between 90 days and 46 days prior to your scheduled arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation cost.
- Cancellations 46 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation cost (i.e. no refund).
NB: If for some unforeseen reason Inala needs to cancel your accommodation booking, then Inala will refund you all payments made.
